Sleep Straight Stop Snoring


While you sleep keeping your face below or towards left right than your throat soft palate muscles becomes loosened and let the flashy part uvula touch with tongue top part. This stops the air flow partially while you breathe and starts making sound while sleeping. Try to skip always sleeping in above condition to prevent snoring. Always lay straight and do some throat and mouth exercise to make these muscles tight and strong.

Ladies health related with pregnancy

Mostly women are affected by the problem of anemia. If they are not careful in pregnancy they must affected by anemia .main causes of anemia is following.

  • Don’t take balance diet.
  • Bacteria in stomach.
  • Born more children.
  • Lack of awareness.
  • Poverty.
Its bad effects:
  • Physical undevelopment and weakness in child.
  • Child may be dead in womb.
  • Problem in waking.
  • Increase the possibilities of heart attack.
Remedies:
  • Ignore chat-pakore and fast-food.
  • Take notorious diet as like fruits, paneer, milk, daal etc.
  • Consult any lady doctor to remove stomach bacteria.
  • Take iron, calcium and folic acid tablets in the advice of doctor.
  • Keep happy and calm.
  • Go for morning walk daily.
  • Consult your doctor time to time.
  • Be active in pregnancy.
